Warm and Well is running until the end of April 2016 and again from September - December 2016 to cover next winter
Support available:
Practical and financial help to stay warm
Home visits to look at how your home can be kept warm, make minor repairs, or install energy effiiciency measures
Talks and iformation sessions for local clubs and groups to look at useful ways that members can keep warm, well and safe
A hardship fund for those in need
Training and awareness for frontline workers and organisations, around fule pverty, energy efficiency, and applying for grants
